The Records & Research
Once records are received, the projection process begins. We review all provided documentation and, if needed, request additional records or provider input through questionnaires or conversations. The delivery timeline starts once the complete records are received.
The Projection
Using the records, research, and current medical standards, we compile the data into a concise report. Each service is coded and priced to reflect accurate, defensible cost estimates.
The Delivery
The completed Medical Cost Projection report is sent for your review. At this stage, the invoice is also provided.
